    Schmidhauser Electrical specialises in electrical maintenance. We do electrical inspections and fix troublesome, faulty or unsafe electrical installations. Our clients come in all shapes and sizes, from big factories and multinational companies throughout Africa, to smaller domestic projects. Roughly 30% of our time is spent on industrial projects, 50% commercial and 20% domestic.

    Our services to domestic clients include inspection of electrical insulation to make sure that your family and pets are safe. We also have a 24 hour call centre to make sure we are at your service whenever you need us.

    For commercial clients we do maintenance service contracts, service level agreements, maintaining and ensuring clean power to tenants and retail stores which avoids unnecessary down-time.   • Meter Power Quality Analyser


    A meter power quality analyser is an instrument used to diagnose dirty electricity going into an installation. The diagnostics can be used in discussions with Eskom to avoid power dips or spikes and avoid globes popping and computers crashing. It is also used to see how much electricity a tenant is using and to ensure they are being metered the correct monthly tariffs when bills are under dispute with the landlord.
